Your D’Lites card is accepted only at our D’Lites Fort Lauderdale location.
2. Where may I purchase a D’Lites Gift Card?
D’Lites Gift Cards may be purchased online or at our D’Lites Fort Lauderdale store. Other D’Lites stores have other rules, regulations and promotions.
3. In what amounts are D’Lites Gift Cards available?
You can choose your own denomination.
4. What happens if my D’Lites Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Please safeguard your D’Lites Gift Cards, they are like cash. If lost or stolen, any one will be able to redeem it. Sorry!
5. Do D’Lites Gift Cards expire?
No.
6. Does D’Lites charge a monthly service fee for unused balances?
No.
7. How can I check my D’Lites Gift Card balance?
You can verify your D’Lites Gift Card balance when visiting our D’Lites Fort Lauderdale locations, or by checking online at www.mercury-gift.com
8. What are my shipping options for a D’Lites Gift Card purchase?
The shipping time and charge will depend on the delivery method you select.

9. If I order a D’Lites Gift Card online, will it ship the same day?
No. All orders will be ship the next day.
10. Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Gift cards sent via Federal Express can only be sent to a physical street address. Federal Express will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Gift Card orders sent via USPS can be delivered to a P.O. Box.
11. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email order confirmation from D’Lites with your order number and order details.
12. How can I track my D’Lites Gift Card order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. To track Federal Express orders, use your tracking number and visit www.fedex.com. Tracking is not available for USPS mail orders.
13. What if I have a D’Lites Gift Card that isn’t functioning properly?
D’Lites Gift Cards that are not functioning properly can be loaded onto another D’Lites Gift Card at our D’Lites Fort Lauderdale location or by emailing us at info@DLitesFLL.com
14. Can I return a D’Lites Gift Card?
Your D’Lites Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except as required by law.
15. Do you deliver outside of the United States?
No.
